INSURANCE If
your pet is insured you may wish to check your policy as many pet insurance companies will pay for behaviour consultations
if carried out by a Full Member of the APBC. Please see below for the major insurance companies that cover behavioural

CONSULTATION
FEES: Home Visits: 1st Consultation (approximately 2-3 hours)
£130.00 Follow-up Consultation (if needed)
£60.00 (Mileage is charged at 50p per mile, each way) The consultation fee covers the following: - A
home visit of approximately 2-3 hours
- Literature and handouts supplied at the consultation
- A report
and detailed Behaviour Modification Plan tailored to your cat's specific needs
- A copy of the report to your
referring veterinary surgeon
- Completion of insurance claim forms, if necessary
- Receipt for insurance
claims, if needed
- Follow-up telephone consultations and/or emails are included in the initial fee and are arranged
as necessary
Telephone Consultations: Initial Telephone Consultation
(approximately 1-2 Hours) £95.00 The consultation fee covers the following: - Telephone
Consultation (approx 1-2 Hours)
- A report and detailed Behaviour Modification Plan tailored to your cat's specific
needs
- Any relevant handouts (to be posted)
- A copy of the report to your referring veterinary surgeon
- Completion
of insurance claim forms, if necessary
- Receipt for insurance claims, if needed

Small Print!
A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 is required for the appointment
to be confirmed. The remainder of the fee is due at the time of the appointment. A cancellation fee
may be charged if less than 48 hours is given. Telephone
